I provide coaching, consulting, and/or facilitation services that are structured to meet your goals and flexible to respond to emerging needs.
- Individual or Group Coaching – As a coach, I listen, ask questions and offer processes designed to help you connect to what matters most to you, expand your thinking, work to transform self-limiting beliefs, respond to challenges, and chart pathways towards your goals.
- Consulting – As a consultant, I act as a thought-partner and provide frameworks, tools, information and approaches that are relevant to your needs. I support you in applying these to your work and life. Rather than giving advice, I help you identify and consider possibilities and choices. If desired, I may also offer observations and recommendations.
- Facilitation – I design and facilitate group processes to help you meet your goals and develop a supportive and collaborative team culture. I also design and facilitate workshops to build knowledge, skills, and understanding that enhance your work.
